Daniel has procurement experience in direct and indirect categories across manufacturing, IT, banking, medical, education, hotel, retail industries. He has previously established strategic procurement process across APAC and developed project procurement process for new office buildings with a focus on procurement involvement and sourcing KPIs. He also established sourcing strategies for China procurement and will be leading a roundtable discussion on achieving cost targets by effective category management.
