Dennis is a highly engaged international process management and operations expert with more than 10 years of international experience in process and performance management having led several global process improvement and transition programs within the Procurement Organization of DPDHL. Dennis is now globally responsible for Sourcing- and Category-Management for a cluster of Categories, related to operations (e.g. Packaging, Corporate Wear, Operational Prints, Office Furniture and Office Supplies). As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Dennis puts a focus on consistent and highly efficient execution of the Procurement Process as well as the impact of DPDHL’s suppliers on its operations.
