Liz has spent the last 9 years working across Europe and Russia, and now Asia, implementing numerous complex, multi-country, change programmes with high value commercial contracts. Managing the balance of cost efficiency, quality of finished product and speed to market. Liz has a working knowledge of the print and retail POS supply chain. A driver of best practice, processes and technology for the Operations & Sourcing teams, ensuring delivery to the end client. Working with the Supply base to ensure all sourcing activity is well managed and conforms to the supplier management principles of the business. Tag is part of Williams Lea Group, a leading business services company. The Group employs approximately 11,500 staff across the globe, with key locations in the Americas, EMA and Asia Pacific, and is owned by Deutsche Post DHL.
