Maggie is responsible for strategic sourcing of direct materials for the Mead Johnson business in the Asia Pacific region. Her role involves identifying, developing and executing the appropriate sourcing strategy to ensure and/or delivery supply security, productivity, material innovation and reduced price volatility. She also leads initiatives to ensure the Asia business meets if not exceeds its cost of goods target through cost solutions in raw and packaging materials. She is best suited to present on the impact of volatile commodity pricing on procurement and how companies can best prepare for it.
